Gray Monk began operations in 1972 and it's one of Canada's most well-known producers, let alone BC. You can expect this 2014 Pinot Noir to be earthy and floral with a lovely texture. Look for notes of sandalwood, cherry, smoke and peppery spice. Enjoy with grilled salmon or herb-dressed grilled pork.
