Don't let the dark color of this uncommon beer style intimidate you. It's a rich, malty Czech lager with a slightly roasty and noticeable Noble Hop character provided by the Czech Saaz hops. Brewed in collaboration with our friend and exceptional local brewer, Aaron Hermes, it was double-decocted consistent with traditional European brewing methods.
