We made an exceptionally aromatic and malty Brown Ale that we infused with our favorite holiday spices – Allspice, Clove and Ginger. We kept the spicing fairly subtle – we wanted it to be a beer first, not a potpourri. Easy drinking but lots of complexity. 6.5% abv, minimal hopping.
